Properties
●Increase slip. Improve hydrophobicity and oleophobicity.
●Provide anti-marker wiping performance.
●Provide lotus effect. Water contact angle ＞100°
●Compared with anti-graffiti additive, better anti-graffiti effect and solvent-resistant wiping performance.
●Excellent anti-graffiti effect in light paint.
●Low temperature curing also has good anti-graffiti effect.

Storage stability
Store in a cool, dry place in the unopened original packaging for 36 months. Products that exceed the storage period can continue to be used after passing the inspection. It must be closed immediately after use.

Recommended formula
1. Suggestion for PU varnish formulation

Remark:
1.NCO% of N3390=19.6, produced by Covestro, Germany.
2.After mixing A and B components, the storage period is 5-7 hours under the condition of a lid. Therefore, mixed materials should be used as soon as possible, otherwise it will be gelatinized and cannot be used.
3.Recommended baking temperature:
80 ° C for 1 hour or 150 ° C for 5 minutes, which could have better easy cleaning effect.

2. Suggestion for baking system formulation

Recommended baking temperature: 150 ° C for 30 minutes or 210 ° C for 90 seconds.

3. Add as an additive
It is especially suitable for matte white polyester amino baking varnish system. It is added as an additive and has excellent oil resistance pen performance. The recommended addition amount is 5-7%.
